&#8211; RAPP, Certificado de Regularidade, Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o para Transporte.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dac559f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dac559f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Em \u00e2mbito federal, o IBAMA \u00e9 o \u00f3rg\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel pelo processo de cadastramento dessas empresas, atrav\u00e9s do Cadastro T\u00e9cnico Federal \u2013 CTF. Para isto, o IBAMA disp\u00f5e de uma lista de atividades potencialmente poluidoras que determinam as empresas que devem realizar este CTF. Salienta-se que este \u00e9 um tipo de cadastro distinto aos demais licenciamentos (estaduais e municipais). Dentro do CTF, algumas empresas dever\u00e3o arcar com taxas trimestrais junto ao IBAMA (as chamadas TCFA &#8211; Taxa de Controle e Fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental). Al\u00e9m disso, precisam anualmente apresentar o Relat\u00f3rio de Atividades Potencialmente Poluidoras &#8211;
